These classes are reserved to LEO only. We are proud to offer several courses through the project blue lion program where officers can get training via a sponsorship through Wishes 4 Warriors. The courses offered cover pistol, carbine, and RDS pistol specific all focused towards the on duty aspect of the officers job. Please select the class topic and date below. Course Objectives
Safety/Med Brief
Equipment discussion, pros/cons, Irons vs red dots
RDS maintenance
Mounting procedure for mounting the RDS
Brightness settings (manual vs automatic) dot wash considerations in low light.
Zeroing procedure
Finding the dot on presentation
Tracking the dot during recoil
Re-acquiring the dot after reloads
One handed shooting (dominant & non-dominant side)
One handed weapon manipulation (reloads/malfunction clearing)
Multiple target engagements
Use of cover and concealment
Positional shooting
Barricade drills
Moving and shooting
Red Dot Specific malfunctions (occluded Ocular lens, Occluded Objective lens, water on the Ocular lens, water on emitter, dot is dead.

* Red Dot/LPVO Equipped Carbine with sling

* Belt mounted rifle mag carrier and/or plate carrier or chest rig
