This class is designed for newer shooters as well as individuals that have been shooting their entire life but are not as proficient or as confident as they would like to be.
In this course you will learn how to Safely and efficiently manipulate your weapon while building the confidence in the ability to use your weapon with practical application in Self-Defense. We will establish baselines for each shooter so that you will understand your limitations and capabilities. You will walk away from this class with a knowledge-based understanding of the true fundamentals as well as the tools to self-diagnose and make corrections.

- Equipment setup (sling/stock position/weapon mounted lights/pressure switches etc. 
- Mounting and zeroing your optic 
- Loading/Unloading procedures 
- 7 fundamentals of shooting 
- Ready positions and considerations inside of the home/compressed environments. 
- Precision marksmanship 
- Trigger control fundamentals 
- Combat marksmanship 
- Recoil management fundamentals 
- Reloading (combat/tac reloads) 
- Malfunction clearing 
- Use of Cover and Concealment 
- Weapon maintenance and storage 
- Debrief

Required Equipment
- Ammunition: 175 rounds 
- Carbine Equipped with Optic (red dot recommended) 
- Sling (2 point recommended) 
- 3 magazines 
- Single belt mounted mag pouch (PC/chest rigs are welcome) 
- Eye and ear protection (electronic recommended) 
- Appropriate range attire (no open toe shoes or low-cut shirts) 
- Hat 
- Lunch & water
