First Defense Firearms Training ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to https://www.firstdefense-usa.com and our registration and booking services.
Information We Collect
- Contact details you provide — name, email, phone number — when you register for a class, book a lesson, or submit a form.
- Registration details such as the courses you sign up for, waiver and consent records, and any intake information you share.
- Payment information processed securely by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- Law enforcement details (for Project Blue Lion) such as agency and contact information. Sensitive identifiers are stored encrypted and access-restricted.
- Usage data such as device and analytics information collected automatically to operate and improve the site.
How We Use Your Information
- To process registrations, bookings, payments, and waivers.
- To send transactional messages — receipts, confirmations, and class reminders.
- To send marketing emails where you have opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any marketing email.
- To respond to inquiries and provide customer support.
- To operate, secure, and improve our services.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers that help us operate (for example, payment processing, email delivery, scheduling, and e-signature) and as required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

If you are a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), including the right to know, delete, and correct your personal information, and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information.
