Refund Policy

We understand that schedules change. Our goal is to be fair to our students while keeping classes available for everyone.

Classes & Private Lessons

Refunds are not available at this time. However, your funds can be applied as a credit toward a future class or private lesson. Credits do not expire and are transferable to another course of equal value.

Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule, contact us as early as possible and we will do our best to move you to another available date.

Class Cancellations by First Defense

If we cancel a class for any reason (weather, range availability, or low enrollment), you will be offered a full credit or the option to transfer to another date.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and do not expire, consistent with California law. They may be applied toward any class or lesson.
