These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of First Defense Firearms Training services, including class registration, private lessons, and our website. By registering for a course or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must meet all applicable legal requirements to participate in firearms training, including minimum age and any eligibility requirements communicated for a specific course. You are responsible for complying with all federal, state, and local laws.

Safety & Conduct

Firearms training involves inherent risks. All participants must follow range safety rules and instructor direction at all times. We reserve the right to remove any participant who behaves unsafely, without refund.

Waiver & Assumption of Risk

Participation requires a signed liability waiver and assumption-of-risk agreement, completed before training begins. The waiver is a condition of participation.

Registration & Payment

Course fees are due at registration. Spots are confirmed once payment and any required waiver are complete. Pricing and dates are subject to change.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, First Defense Firearms Training is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, beyond the amount paid for the applicable course.
